Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes everything tied to your account.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity (email & password).
Your trading profile and onboarding answers.
All your chats and conversation history with the analyst.
Your trade journal entries and logged outcomes.
Your price alerts, push tokens and notification preferences.

Aggregated, de-identified statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data retention, in plain language

When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our live systems within 30 days. Residual copies inside encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. While your account is active we keep your data so the service can work for you.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (signed in)

If you can sign in, delete your account here. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

In the mobile app, the same control lives under Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete my account.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it (no app needed)

Don't have the app or can't sign in? Email support@sraquant.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and remove your data within 30 days.
