DRAFT — PENDING LEGAL REVIEW · NOT YET IN EFFECT
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose
some or all of the money you trade. Leveraged products can produce losses
greater than your deposit. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
What our score is — and is not
A confluence score of 92/100 means 92 conditions out of 100 aligned at the
moment of analysis. It is not a 92% chance of winning.
Historically, our highest-confluence setups have won roughly 4 times out of 10
— profitability, where it exists, comes from winners being larger than losers
(expectancy), not from a high win rate. Expect losing streaks; our historical
data includes streaks of 10+ consecutive losses at the alert threshold.
What our published statistics mean
- Backtested figures are measured on historical data with assumptions
(costs, pessimistic fills) that are documented in our METHODOLOGY — they do
not predict future performance.
- Our statistical validation currently covers crypto markets only.
Analysis of forex, stocks and commodities relies on lower-quality data feeds
and has not been validated to the same standard.
- Live market behaviour can differ from any backtest: regimes change,
liquidity vanishes, and news overrides technicals.
Specific risks
- Market risk: prices move suddenly and gap through stop levels — actual losses can exceed the analysed invalidation level.
- Data risk: our data sources can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; an analysis built on bad data is bad analysis.
- Model risk: automated scoring and AI commentary can be wrong, including confidently wrong.
- Crypto-specific risk: extreme volatility, 24/7 markets, exchange and regulatory risk.
- Timing risk: alerts have a validity window; acting on a stale alert changes the risk/reward entirely.
