The single most important term: SRA Quant is a market analysis and education platform. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or recommend that you buy or sell anything. All trading decisions are yours alone, and trading involves substantial risk of loss.
SRA Quant provides automated technical market analysis, confluence scoring, AI-generated educational commentary, and informational alerts ("analysis alerts"). A confluence score expresses how many predefined technical conditions aligned — it is not a probability of profit and not a recommendation.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to access such services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
Use of the platform does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or brokerage relationship. We are not licensed by the DFSA, SCA, or any financial regulator to provide investment advice, and we do not provide it. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Historical performance metrics shown on the platform (including backtested expectancy and win rates) are measured on past data, are published with their limitations, and do not guarantee future results. Even high-confluence setups frequently result in losses. We display losing outcomes as prominently as winning ones, by design.

The platform, its scoring methodology, branding, and content are owned by Vivid Unit. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. Content you submit (e.g. logged outcomes, strategies) remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed or erroneous. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivid Unit is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 survive termination.
